We offer a variety of classes and programs for all ages 3 through adult here in Idaho Falls Ammon.
The programs are broken down by ages:
Little Dragons Kung-Fu Preschool Class (ages 3-6)
Junior Taekwondo Kids Class (ages 7-12)
Teen Classes (ages 13-17)
Adult Classes (ages 18+)
You will find that your instructors at Southwick Black Belt Academy Idaho Falls Ammon are dedicated to helping you on your journey in martial arts or whatever your personal goal may be.
We offer classes in Kung-Fu, Taekwondo, Grappling, Tai Chi, and Gumdo.
YES! We offer free introductory classes to get you started. Plus a free uniform!
We would love to have you walk-in any time to see our classes in action. You can watch or participate – we will leave that up to you.

Make sure you wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in! Right now, we are offering a FREE uniform (to keep) when you try out your first FREE class.
Be sure to bring a water bottle to your martial arts classes. You will find Southwick Black Belt Academy in Ammon have martial arts classes for kids and adults that are a great workout and lots of fun! Most students are grinning from ear to ear by the end of the class. I am sure you will be too!
Not at all. In fact, many students starting in our adult martial arts classes would describe themselves like that before they started. So you will fit right in!
